Trade school (Undergrad)

  The Blueprint University Incubator Program is that place — and it’s where you need to be.
  
  This is a comprehensive, one-of-a-kind, hands-on learning experience that prepares you and your business for every aspect of entrepreneurship. ALL SUBSTANCE. NO FILLER. Starting from square one isn’t intimidating at Blueprint University. This undergraduate-level program is the start of the critical foundational work for your business.
  
  You’re a visionary entrepreneur who has a great idea – but that’s about it! You don’t know what the next step is.
  
  We’ll take it from there. When you apply to the Incubator Program, one of our highly skilled intake specialists will assess where you’re at, and what skills and knowledge you’re coming in with. From there, one of our advisors will help you shape and clarify your vision.
  
  You’ll undergo an intensive mindset and vision mapping process to ensure that this journey is something you are truly passionate about.
  
  We don’t like to mince words: entrepreneurship isn’t a walk in the park but we believe if you’re here — then you’re already built for it. Our team can help get you started.
  
  BPU: WITH YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY
  
  HOW IT WORKS
  The Incubator Program is a true university model educational hub for entrepreneurs. Each level -Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior – provides you with the necessary building blocks that mirror the entrepreneurship journey.
  
  Our team has designed each of our programs to eliminate the most common pain points and failures that new business owners face. Through collaborative, intimate, and engaged instruction time, you receive an exclusive, one-of-a-kind learning experience with our knowledgeable advisors and educators.
  
  At BPU, we operate on the belief that education is the cornerstone for longevity and success in the business world. We don’t rush. We don’t skip steps. And we deliver results.
  
  This isn’t your average entrepreneurship course. And you’re not the average entrepreneur.

Startup / Scaleup (Graduate)
- Startup
  BPU’s Startup Program is our specialized two-year graduate course that builds on the tools and knowledge obtained from the Incubator Program or your own previous experience and leverages them for the next phase of your entrepreneurship journey.
  
  YEAR ONE
  Develops your business ecosystems, which involves figuring out the core of your business, who your target market is, and creating a strategy map based on who you already have in place and identifying optimal growth points. Our team guides you through Pitching 101 and works with you to acquire non-diluted funding, pilot funding, and Stage 2 Seed Level funding.
  
  YEAR TWO
  Where our team focuses on extending your enterprise. We help you secure non-diluted funding and increase access to stage two-level seed funding for your business.
  
  We continue to assist in fortifying your community relationships within BPU’s own network. Finally, our team of advisors and educators will analyze the complexities and corresponding technologies of your business to ensure your company has the appropriate technological infrastructure in place to properly handle your growing client base and revenue stream.
  
  You’ll also spend ample time with your advisors and educators in refining and crafting the precise language for the pitches you developed in Year One.
  
  Please note that in addition to the standardized test, BPU also requires your business to serve a minimum of 100 clients for entry into the Start-Up Program.
- Scaleup
  If you’re an entrepreneur with a track record in business and have been in operations for less than 10 years, then you’re probably thinking about what’s next. BPU’s one year Scale Up graduate level program provides the answers to that question.
  Our team of highly specialized advisors and educators will work with you to reevaluate your operational training and framework, your HR departments, do an audit of your financials, and provide you with the necessary tools to build a scaleable team.
  We are experts in strategy, process development, and capability building and have built numerous growth and expansion plans for our own businesses and our students just like you.
  With a minimum commitment of 12 months, you will have two dedicated advisors collaborating with you to refine and tweak the solid foundation you’ve already built. It’s critical for founders to stay on the cutting edge of innovation, research, and industry trends to preserve the health of your business.
  You’re not a founder that is comfortable with becoming stagnant and BPU will ensure that you are not only positioned for long-term, sustainable growth but also becoming thought leaders and changemakers in your industries.

Youth

  The Blueprint University Youth and networking program is an on-site vision mapping entrepreneurship setting where teens will have the opportunity to ideate their vision and bring their business vision to life and generate revenue.
  
  Our goal is to bridge the gap between big corporations and small businesses, providing the tools and resources needed for early-stage venture capital, fostering programs that enhance the capabilities of young founders, and driving awareness and advocacy for youth-led startups. By operating at the intersection of education and entrepreneurship, we aim to drive positive changes in the startup landscape for our youth. We believe in the power of youth to bring fresh ideas and innovation, and through our programs, we strive to build confidence and skills that will empower the next generation of leaders.
